Social Advertising Changing Internet Marketing: Moving From Forced Advertising To Opt-In Ads
SplashCast CEO Helps Define The Emerging New Marketing Field At L.I.S.A Conference - First Forum Dedicated To Social Advertising
There are several key ways you can make real money on the Internet but being set up on ?auto control with a virtual reality cash machine?, or similar, and being told that a couple of hours a week is all that?s required to succeed, isn?t one of them.
When you fist go on the internet to look for a business you will find that there are numerous programs you can start for free, at least in the beginning, but eventually it?s going to cost you money, or a lot of work before you will actually make a dime. So, making the right choices when you start is crucial to you future success.
Lets face it, if somebody else has to run the business for you, its always going to cost you money. So, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Getting something for nothing, whether it be work or money, is as likely to happen on the Internet as it is in real life.
Which leads me to another point: Being approached with ?do you want to make 100K a month own an expensive car and live in a mansion? If so, just sign up and send us your money?, is simply insulting.
No one, who is serious and capable of running a successful business, will respond to the suggestion that they won?t need to do anything.
For those who don?t know how to run a business, and might believe the hype, I say to the sellers, ?shame on you.?
All a buyer really wants from a seller is some genuine product information and support. The kind which will make it clear in their mind what the product can do and what knowledge and tools they are going to need to learn or buy, in order to use it properly, with at least half a chance of success.
This is not news to anyone so isn?t a shame it needs to be said?
People looking to start a business are not lazy. They may be confused, uncertain, even a little scared, but they are looking to create a successful business. They are not helped by being given unrealistic expectations and hollow promises of support by hungry marketers.
No newbie wants, or deserves to be treated like a moron, who is too lazy to work and gullible enough to believe that a mansion with a luxury car out front is waiting for them around the corner. What I really want to say to these sellers is, ?have a little respect?
No one should ever be encouraged to buy a business based on the promise that it will run itself. Besides, if you are on the internet looking for a business, why wouldn?t you want to do a bit of work?
Why would anyone believe that people should be happy and excited to start a business they don?t understand and don?t know how to operate?
Of course, reality will catch up eventually but by the time it does, you will probably have spent several weeks studying and learning about stuff you have never heard of before. and you will find yourself in a race to the finish line which we might call ?The first sale, or an empty bank account?. Which will come first?
If you are one of the many people who are still new to the internet and still impatient to get started on a business, then you must at the very least, seek out a program which is specifically designed for newbies, created by people who have made it a point to research what newbies really want and are prepared to back it up with full one-on-one support.
There is one such program which I?m prepared to recommend. Check it out and if nothing else, use it as the benchmark for what you need to look for.
