Not least because of the extended thematic event programme, this year's show is highly attractive for an increasing number of new exhibitors: Internet agencies (e.g. Syzygy, Denkwerk, Clickactivities), mobile marketing companies (e.g. Yoc, Cellular, Net Mobile) and IPTV/WebTV specialists (such as TV1.de) have already registered for the show, which confirms that Digital Marketing is becoming more and more diverse. But of course, companies from other online and mobile marketing areas such as e-Commerce or media companies continue to maintain a strong presence at the show.
Diversification in Digital Marketing Continues
"At the end of the day, it is the industry itself that defines the key trends and themes," said Alexander Felsenberg, Director of Tradeshows New Media at Igedo Company. "With our event, we offer a unique platform for exhibitors and visitors to discover the whole range of digital marketing."
The variety of exhibitors from all kinds of industry sectors is an indication on how diverse the market for digital marketing has become. There will be a special panel on Mobile Marketing in the forum on the first day of the conference. Next to a series of case studies, the latest results of the workgroup "Mobile in the BVDW " will be presented. Mr. Mark Wächter, chairman of the workgroup and newly elected member of the Global Board of Directors of the "Mobile Marketing Association" (MMA) stated: "Amongst others we will present the Mobile Compass - the first guide for the mobile medium."
The topic Social Communities will be also very high on the agenda of the conference. The most important developments in international comparison and new ways of commercialisation (Case study from StudiVZ ) will be discussed.
